Tolbert, (210)221-0584 The U.S. Army Medical Command, Central Contracting Office (CCO), has a requirement for a Lanier centralized outpatient dictation and transcription system OR EQUAL at Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide a system with bar code input, digital voice storage, integrated PC workstations and software specifically designed for medical transcription that will communicate with digital data from voice input to transcribed output and shall be capable of connectivity to the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) information system through a PC gateway. On-site repair and maintenance will be provided by factory trained personnel with a 3 hour response time. This is an Unrestricted Procurement and all requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All requests shall be in writing on company letterhead and include the point of contact, address, telephone number, fax number, business size and identify the solicitation number. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. A competitive solicitation will be issued.
