Philadelphia, intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, ''Only One (1) Responsible Source,'' will all dealers of ARCSERVE for DOS Software. FISC intends to procure two hundred fifty (250) each, ARCSERVE Version 4.0 (100 user) for DOS Software Licenses and Maintenance Support; and one hundred (100) each ARCSERVE Version 4.0 (250 user) for DOS Software Licenses and Maintenance Support, under a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, two-year (2) contract. This software and support is required by Navy Management Systems Support Office (NAVMASSO), Chesapeake, VA. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia, Code 0343C. The proposed solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 18 May 1995.
