69 -- DYNAMIC INFRARED SCENE PROJECTOR (DIRSP) POC Michael K. Minor, Contracting Officer (407)380-4096 The U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) has a requirement for a Dynamic Infrared Scene Projector (DIRSP) system for laboratory testing of 1st and 2nd generation Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) devices and IR missile seekers. The DIRSP system must be capable of generating and projecting computer generated/simulated high fidelity, complex, dynamic in-band IR scenes into the entrance pupil of these sensor systems. Further CBD notices will be limited to announcement of significant events, e.g., draft RFP release and final RFP release. Documentation for this requirement is available on the STRICOM Industry Academia Electronic Bulletin Board for review by interested parties.
