This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but is a Market Survey to identify sources for a AIRCRAFT RUDDER, NSN 1560-01-411-4818FX, P/N: 68A240001-1019, applicable to F-15 Aircraft. The Rudder measures appoximately 58 X 36 x 6 inches and materials consist of advanced baron epoxy composites and honeycomb. Its function is to control and guide the aircraft in flight. A solicitation does not exist at this time. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute and Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently. Potential sources capable of satisfying these requirements must demonstrate their interest in participating in this survey by providing the following documentation: Company Name, Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Business, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.
