The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, incidentals and supervision necessary to provide maintenance and repair services of household appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, free standing stoves, ovens, cook tops, trash compactors, and exhaust hoods), at Navy Family Housing projects in the Long Beach, San Pedro, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos areas, by means of an indefinite quantity type contract.
