As a result of this change, the corrected solicitation number is F08602-95-B0018 and the requirement to submit technical proposals is deleted. Issue date is changed to on or about 17 May 95. Business concerns who requested the solicitation package using FO8602-94-R5001 will receive the package and do not have to submit another request.
