Title and number of pages of the notified document: The Government Proposal of Law on Protection of the Ozone Layer Round the Earth. 6. Description of content: The proposal of the Law determines the timetable of the ban on manufacturing, import and export (hereinafter referred to as the handling) of halogenated hydrocarbons as enumerated in the Annex of the Law, exemptions from the ban, conditions necessary to fulfil for gaining approval for handling the substances subject to this law, charges for handling the named substances, obligation for recording handling the substances subject to this law, inspection and sanctions for non-keeping the provisions of the Law. 7.
