D-ADP Services for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service, intends to procure technical assistance in the acquisition of continued telecommunication services to the Accounting Database for the Evaluation of Performace Trends (ADEPT), on a sole source basis with VC & A, P.O. Box 420, Millersville, MD 21773-0420. Firms having the capability to provide technical assistance for the ADEPT acquisition shall submit a technical capability statement within fifteen days from the date of this publication. The statement shall demonstrate knowledge and understanding of mainframe and client server environments, relational database processing (in particular DB2), and telecommunication services (FTS 2000). Copies of the RFP will not be furnished to firms who have not submitted technical capability statements. No telephone requests will be honored. All requests shall be in writing.
