The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for laundry and dry cleaning services for the period of 1 October 1995 through 30 September 1996. The successful contractor will provide delivery, pick up and laundering/dry cleaning of 18''x18'' towels, 18''x30'' towels, 4'x6' runners, 3'x10' runners, lab coats, jersey cotton gloves and jumpsuits. The contractor shall be required to provide approximately 9,400 clean 18''x18'' towels per week, 500 clean 18''x30'' towels per week, 9 clean 3'x10' runners every two weeks and 2 clean 4'x6' runners every two weeks. The contractor shall launder 30 gloves every two weeks, and 40 lab coats and 20 jumpsuits every two weeks during the months of December, March, June and September. The articles to be serviced are contaminated with Hazardous Substances, therefore potential contractors must certify that they can perform under the requirements of federal, state and local laws and regulations for Hazardous Waste disposal.
