Forces Command Central Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for parts cleaner recycling services for various size vats (Contractor owned and Government owned); brakes and paint guns. Any proposed brake cleaner must meet OSHA and EPA Statute on Occupational Exposure to Asbestos. Other services to be performed are parts washer maintenance, manifesting and disposal of waste generated from parts washers, and recycling of solvent. The contractor shall psosess a current commercial drivers license for the transport of hazardous waste/materials and a valid Treatment/Storage/Disposal (TSD) permit. Solicitation will afford the opportunity for multiple awards broken out by ten (10) regions covering the Continental U.S. It is anticipated that any resulting contract(s) will be indefinite quantity indefinite delivery or requirements type and will be for a base period (Oct 95 - Sep 96) and two option years.
