The solicitation shall set forth minimum requirements for a two-wire digitally controlled pan and tilt system (P&T) to be delivered to White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. This system shall be made up of an outdoor pan and tilt head (PTH), a rack mounted control panel transmitter (CPT) and an outdoor on-site receiver/driver (R/D). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable SIC code is 3825. The solicitation will be issued on or about 16 May 95 with an estimated closing date of 16 June 95. It is anticipated to award a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a base period of performance of one year, with four one-year options. Estimated quantities are as follows: ten (10) systems for the base year and five (5) systems for each option year. Delivery shall be 120 days from issuance of a delivery order.
