Work consist of widening and paving 9611 feet of single-lane road and 921 feet of double-lane road, and constructing and paving 24,543 sg. ft. of parking lot. Project includes removal and reconstruction of 43 linear feet of concrete curb and asphalt pavement. 3000 tons of asphalt concrete, 1300 tons of base course, seal coating 12,000 sq. yds. of parking lot and road, 31,000 linear ft. of road and parking striping with direction arrows and 6 handicap spaces. Extension of water service and installation of parking lot lighting and power service and installation of parking bumpers and barriers are also included. Work is located at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Baker County, Oregon. Center will remain open during Construction and will require Traffic Regulation.
