The work for this project includes construction of an 18-Hole Par 72 golf course at Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Maryland. Included in the construction will be a 14,000 sf cart storage building, 4,000 sf maintenance storage building and 264 sf snack shack. The Government is interested in receiving a response from qualified, interested contractors in the field of golf course construction. Criteria: 1. Successful completion of at least three 18-hole golf courses within the past six years. Provide a list of courses with references.
