Plant, Ph. I'' (Project No. 672-95-110). Work includes the furnishing of all specialized labor and supervision, material, equipment and associated costs for the structural extension of the existing boiler plant building; the installation of a new 250 HP boiler with provision for a future 250 HP boiler and its related auxiliaries and plant systems; the upgrading of the existing 250 HP boiler plant, and certain other related mechanical, structural, electrical, limited asbestos abatement, environmental and demolition work as required by drawings and specifications. Bidders are requested to visit the site and attend the Pre-Bid Conference. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted and subject to availability of funds. Bid documents will be available on or about May 22, 1995. Plans and specifications will be furnished upon request. Solicitation request will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $50.00 in the form of a money order or bank certified or manager's check payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
