Z -- AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENTS FOR BLDG 2, CDC FACILITY SOL 95-130 POC Contact Leroy King at (404)842-6510 Presolicitation Notice: Furnish and install two Air Handling Units to replace similarly sized existing air handling units. One unit is single zone sized at 4,000 cfm each and the other is a multizone unit sized at 10,000 cfm. Scope of Work includes demolition of existing equipment and piping and installation of new units and piping connections, including new valving. Additional work includes the associated work: masonary and brick demolition, door and frame installation, mechanical test and balance work, automatic temperature controls, and lighting on/off control. Construction shall be performed so that downtime is kept to a minimum. This procurement is a total set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Cost range for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance bonds will be required from the successful Offeror. Solicitation Package 95-130 will be available on or about June 14, 1995 for a nonrefundable fee of $30.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
