The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to procure Product Improvement Services and Technical Advisory Services under Contract N00024-94-D-5204 from Unisys Corporation, Government Systems Group, P.O. Box 64525, St.Paul, MN 55164-0525. Unisys is currently the designer of the AN/UYQ-70 baseline. The baseline is not fully defined, and a technical data package has yet to be completed and accepted by the Government. Unisys is the only company with thorough knowledge of the AN/UYQ-70 hardware, software, and system design who can perform the services in the time necessary to satisfy combat system applications. This synopsis is for informational purposes only, for the benefit of potential subcontractors. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source identified herein.
