Chism, (907)586-7903 This project consists of on-the-ground implementation of Harvest Units and Roads in the Naukati/Sarkar and Neck Lake areas as approved in the Final Environmental Impact Statements and Records of Decision for Central Prince of Wales of the Ketchikan Area, Tongass National Forest. In addition to ground implementation of the selected units and roads, a technical report (timber sale package) is required and must contain information necessary for the Forest Service to assess the environmental magnitude of any changes made from the planned to the implemented, and appraise and offer for sale the volume in the offering area. All field work shall be completed during the 1995 field season. Evaluation factors for award will include technical approach, staffing, management approach, project schedule, corporate experience, past performance, and price.
