Construct Golf Cart Storage Facility of 4000 square feet of enclosed area at Andersen AFB, Guam. Project includes siteclearing, site work, access ramps, associated plumbing and electrical, lighting system, heat detection system, exterior and interior painting, roof scuppers, and other associated work under Project AJJY 86-0026. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 240 calendar days after notice to proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. A nonrefundable fee of $37.00, payable to the United States Department of Treasury, is required for each solicitation requested.
