Work includes providing new metal pre-engineered building to serve as a packing/receiving facility. Building shall be as follows: measure 200' x 60'; eave height 15'; have two (2) personnel doors and six (6) overhead doors; standard PEB insulation; general power and lighting; minimum heating requirements; minimum plumbing requirements (eyewash stations, restrooms); and fire alarm system as required by code. Work also includes removal of an existing concrete slab-on-grade. Contract completion is 120 days. Contract price is between $250,000 - $500,000.
