Service to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform pest control services, Arsenal-at-Large. Service to include inspection and control of wood destroying and miscellaneous pests, roaches, termite control, Japanese beetle grub control, herbiciding post-emergent crabgrass control and pavement crack and crevice treatment, and trapping or netting of various pests, such as, but not limited to, snakes, squirrels, bats, ground hogs, muskrats, oppossums and stray cats. The Goverment contemplates a firm-fixed price service contract with a minimum guarantee of $10,000.00 and a maximum expenditure of $250,000.00. Contract performance to be for one year from date of award and will contain two option years. Site inspection date to be specified in solicitation (Section L).
