Qualified organizations capable of providing inpatient/outpatient medical services for Federal prisoners. The contractor shall furnish facilities, equipment, and personnel necessary for the medical care. Location of the facility shall be within the greater metropolitan area of Lexington, Kentucky. The contractor shall provide appropriately trained and licensed physicians to perform onsite sessions at the Federal Medical Center/Federal Prison Camp. These services shall include: Cardiology Services-two sessions per month-three hours per session; Oncology Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; Neurology Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session, also perform EEG, EMG, NCV testing; Orthopedic Services-one session per week-four hours per session; Urology Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; Gastroenterology Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; Nephrology Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; General Surgery Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; OB/GYN Services-two sessions per month-four hours per session; Infectious Disease Services-two sessions per month-three hours per session; Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery-one session per quarter-three hours per session; Pain Management Services-one session per month-three hours per session. The standard industrial clarification code for this acquisition is 8062. The proposed contract period will have a one year base period from the date of contract award with four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will be available approximately May 12, 1995.
