Rocky Mountain Arsenal intends to place an order against the Hewlett Packard GSA schedule GS-OOF-5944A for the following: HP6890A Gas Chromatograph System with Options 112, 206, 305, 403, 44N, 230 and 520 (1 ea); HP5890 Series II EPC System with Options 44N, 110, 042, 240 and 580 (1 ea) to include all hardware, software, installation and instruction. Place of delivery is Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Commerce City, CO. All responses must include pricing, terms and conditions and must be received within 15 days of this announcement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation in writing.
