This procurement is for the acquisition of Special Purpose High Power (Bipolar) Transistors for utilization in the Naval Space Command's Space Surveillance Transmitter System. The required transistors must be compatible with the Raytheon G226555-1 RF Amplifier Module incorporated in the Space Surveillance System construction. It is the Government's intention to fulfill this requirement through other than full and open competitive procedures with M/A-COM PHO, Inc., 1742 Crenshaw Boulevard, Torrance, California 90501.
