Miller (202) 273-1468, Contracting Officer Furnish all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and expertise as necessary to provide and install complete and fully opperational audio control systems in the U.S. District Court, Los Angeles, CA. The work includes, but is not limited to, field verfications of installed equipment, supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound equipment, preparation of an operations and maintenance manual, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall be able to respond on-site within 24 hours of a service call during warranty period. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to original manufacturer specifications. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of each offeror's ability to satisfy the requirements of the solicitation as set forth under Section M, Evaluation Factors. This is a request for proposals, the contract will be firm-fixed price. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds are required. Offers will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about May 4, 1995.
