No copies are available for distribution for this solicitation. The technical aspects of the existing handbook are exceedingly outdated and the volumes were not published in current format. The RFP will include an address where an existing copy may be viewed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FHWA. The requestor's DUNS number should be included in the request. To expedite the request, please furnish two self-addressed gummed labels for each solicitation requested.
