The Air Force intends to negotiate a proposal to provide hardware and software/firmware maintenance support for existing Science Horizons Proprietary equipment located at seven sites throughout the world, with Science Horizons, Inc. of Encinitas CA on a sole source basis. The contractor will supply telephonic trouble shooting, maintenance, repair (at this facility) and firmware/software upgrades for 15 GPS timing and interface units, 18 Intelligent Communication Interfaces, 303 Channel Analog to Digital Conversion Boards and 15 GPS Antennas. Authority for this procurement is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implenmented by FAR 6.302-1(a)2(iii). Replies to this synopsis must be received within 15 days from the date of publications. Firms must submit a capabilities statement, to include detailed technical information & technical literature that demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
