George Washington Memorial Parkway Project NPS-GWMP 202(1), Columbia Island Marina, in the Distict of Columbia, consists of the reconstruction of the Columbia Island Marina which includes removal of asphalt pavement, drainage rehabilitation, roadway excavation, aggregate base, hot asphalt concrete pavement, and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Removal of asphalt pavement, 14,000 Square meters; Roadway Excavation, 1,000 Cubic meters; Aggregate Base, 2,050 Square meters; Hot Asphalt Concrete Pavement, 3,800 metric ton. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $200,000 to $500,000 and has a construction completion date of October 31, 1995.
