The U.S. Postal Service is issuing a ''draft'' solicitation for waste stream analysis and recycling services for approximately 500 facilities located in the eleven states in the Western Area including: AK, AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, MT, UT, WA, and WY. Vendor is to perform an initial waste stream analysis, provide and maintain containers, pick-up, separate, remove, and destory mixed paper including Undeliverable Bulk Business Mail (UBBM) and cardboard. Vendor also provides customer training and reports. A conference to discuss the ''draft'' is scheduled for May 5, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. at 3300 S. Parker Rd, Suite 400, Aurora, Colorado.
