The Vacuum Street and Catch Basin Cleaner shall be designed for picking up, by means of vacuum street, debris such as bottles, cans and similar materials and for cleaning catch basins. All such material shall be deposited directly in the body without passing through the blower. The unit shall be mounted on a truck chassis and shall be a model that is regularly manufactured.
