656-5525. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Mid-Atlantic
Region, is sponsoring a Federal Business Opportunities Symposium on
Thursday, May 25, 1995. The Symposium will take place at the Omni Inner
Harbor Hotel, 101 West Fayette Street, Baltimore, Maryland. The cost of
the Symposium is $15.00 (cash only) and includes breakfast, materials,
and rental of the facilities. All individuals/companies interested in
learning more about the Federal procurement process are invited to
attend. Attendance at the Symposium will particularly benefit small,
minority, and women-owned entrepreneurs and businesses looking to
increase their portfolio of the targeted firms. As an added incentive,
and in response to the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, GSA
Contracting Personnel will be making ``Micro-Purchase'' awards during
