The following information and criteria should be included. Conduct Environmental Quality Laboratory Testing within the Geographical Boundaries of the St. Louis District. Services consist of furnishing all labor, instrumentation, facilities, equipment and supplies necessary for environmental quality testing. Significant evaluation factors shall include expertise, experience and geographical location. Solicitation will be available 8 May 1995. Closing date is 30 calendar days after issuance.
