A -- RESEARCH TOPIC: SMALL BUSINESS SHARE OF PRIVATE, NONFARM, GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT SOL SBAHQ95R0020 DUE 072295 POC Contract Specialist, Dionna Martin, 202-205-6622 The U.S. Small Business Administation (SBA), Office of Advocacy (OA) is soliciting proposals for a research topic entitled ''Rights in Technical Data''. The principal objective of this project is to estimate the impact on small manufacturing firms and the cost to the government when the DOD or other federal agencies relinquish their technical data rights to prime and subcontract developers. This information will be used by SBA in formulating agency policies. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued O/A 05/22/95. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be O/A 07/22/95. Copies of the RFP will be provided upon written request only. NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
