However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation DAAB07-95-R-L013 will be released under the CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). To become a user of the EBB you will need a User's Manual, Identification Code and password, in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system.
