Bankerd (410) 278-3572 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) has a requirement for Environmental Support Services. The requirement includes but is not limited to the following tasks: studies, reports, summaries, data collection, calculations, and plans; environmental impact statements and assessments; APG Strategic Environmental Compliance Plan update Assistance; Regulatory Permit preparation documentation and monitoring; and inspections, surveys, field and laboratory evaluations and general environmental monitoring. On a quarterly basis, the contractor shall arrange for and present an update briefing on the status of all work in- progress. The services will aid APG in complying with the following areas: Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Toxic Substance control Act, noise Control Act, National Historic Preservation Act, Wilderness Act, Sikes Act only to mention a few. The contractor will be responsible for licenses, certifications and permits required by the State of Maryland and Federal Agencies. The solicitation will require pricing for a base year and four one-year options. Two Indefinite-Quantity Requirements type contracts are anticipated.
