J -- MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND REBUILDING OF EQUIPMENT SOL N00164-95-R-0118 DUE 063095 POC Contact - Ms. Terry Davis, 812-854-3704, telefax 812-854-3465 or Mr. Doug McDaniel, Contracting Officer The Navy requires Software and Hardware Maintenance Services in accordance with the NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane Statement of Work for the four Government-owned LTX Attackmaster Automated Test Equipment Systems. These services will be procured on a sole-source basis from LTX Corporation, Wauconda, IL in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, since LTX is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and software developer, and LTX possesses proprietary data necessary to perform the maintenance. The basic performance period for the maintenance services will be for one year with two one-year options. The services will be performed at the Government facilities where the equipment is located. Note 22 applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency.
