Sutphin, (304)529-5620 Indefinite Delivery Contract for Technical Assistance for Communities of Winfield, Buffalo, and Eleanor, Putnam County, West Virginia for the purpose of analyzing, evaluating, and understanding the remedial options available for treating contaminated soils on former ACF Industries site near the Winfield Locks and Dam construction site. Criteria upon which technical proposals will be evaluated are 1) Experience in working for Citizens Groups on toxic waste cleanup sites; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; 3) Professional qualifications, including OSHA certification regarding ''Safety and Health for Hazardous Waste Sites'' as required by 29 CFR 1910.120; 4) Capability to accomplish the work in the required time; 5) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, compliance with performance schedules.
