The principal objective of this research is to determine the impact of crime against small, as opposed to large business, and assessing the current state of thinking on how best to ameliorate the costs of crime on small business. This information will be used by SBA in formulating agency policies. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued O/A 05/22/95. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be O/A 07/22/95.
