The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to replace the AN/STC-1(V) Integrated Voice Communications System currently installed on LHA 1 through 5. The new system must provide the same communciations capabilities as the currently installed system. The replacement system must also meet environmental requirements consistent with safe operation aboard Naval Vessels. Commercial telephone products and/or modified commercial communications products will be specified.
