Project includes, but is not limited to replacing gypsum wallboard, floor finishes, doors, windows, electrical system, bathroom/ kitchen fixtures, bathroom/kitchen cabinets, storm windows, western cedar fence, tricompact/compact fluorescent incancescent lights, vinyl siding, and storage shed. There is asbestos containing materials which will be removed and disposed of under this contract. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. Project requirements will be made available on or about 4 MAY 95. Approximate closing date is 3 JUN 95. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more than $17 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. The standard industrial classification code is 1521. All replies to this notice must be in writing. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
