The NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is seeking sources capable of providing Comprehensive Technical Support Services for the NASA/GSFC (Greenbelt and Wallops) Libraries. The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to 1) COLLECTION BUILDING - Search, Verification, Acquisitions, Cataloging, Classification, Bibliographic Control, Materials Processing; 2) ACCESS SERVICES - Collection Maintenance/Availability, Inventory Access to Journal Literature, Interlibrary Loan/Borrowing, Maintenance of Library Machines; 3)INFORMATION NAVIGATION/ LITERACY - Training/Assistance in Use of Library/Information Resources, Identification/Verification of Citations, Demonstrations, Bibliographies, Referrals, Outreach; 4) ELECTRONIC LIBRARY SYSTEM SUPPORT - Identification, Analysis, Preparation, Coordination and Interfacing of Electronic Library Capabilities; 5) REPORTS - Administrative, Technical, Statistical, Analytical, Special; 6) OPTIONAL TASKS-May include maintenance of Electronic Library System Infrastructure and Implementation of Enhancements. The contractor shall provide all or some of the specified services to related libraries. The proposed contract will be a Performance Based, Cost-Plus-Award Fee contract and will include a 2-week phase-in, a one-year basic, and two one-year options. The proposed contract is being considered for 100 percent small business set-aside.
