Est. Level of Effort over 5 years is: 120,000 man-hours, with bulk of hours in Designer/Drafter and Configuration Management Specialist categories. Procurement represents a follow-on to N66604-91-D-4682 which was competitively awarded to McLaughlin Research Corp. of Middletown, RI. POP expected to begin 01 FEB 1996.
