70 -- AT&T SHAREBASE DISK DRIVES & DISK CONTROLLERS POC Rachel McIntyre (703) 693-2141 Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Under Secretary of Defense intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AT&T Global Information Solutions for the procurement AT&T Sharebase Disk Drives (4.8 Gigabytes) & Disk Controllers, Qty 2 each. This procurement is needed for connection to the Sharebase 8000 located in the central site of the Security Policy Automation Network (SPAN). Firms shall be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence from which the contracting officer may determine that it is more advantageous to the government to consider them. No solicitation documentation exists, only written responses will be accepted and must include descriptions containing sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to provide the above mentioned equipment.
