Robb (410) 278-2024 (Site Code DAAD05) U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase 10,000 each Copper Crusher Gauges, National Airo Space model M-11 or equal. Manufacture of these gauges shall involve precision tool and manufacturing procedures. A drawing shall be provided for which the manufacture of the gauges shall adhere. All tolerances, finishes and the treatment of materials shall be in strict conformance with dimension and specifications per the applicable drawing. All components shall be interchangeable, free of burrs or scratch marks or any other defect which may affect the interchangeability of components and overall serviceability of the gauges. Contractor shall be required to produce First Article samples (1 lot of 50 each). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. Delivery of the first article lot is 90 Days ARO. Final delivery of all the gauges shall be 240 Days ARO. FOB Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-5001.
