Furnish all personel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and services necessary to install six 161-kv switches (one with ground blades) and seven 69-kV switches at Brown, Tupelo, and Weleetka, Oklahoma; and Jonesboro, Paragould, and Weleetka, Arkansas Southwestern Power Administration Substations. Replace jumper conductors for the new switches; and upgrade the 161-kV main and transfer bus at the Paragould, Arkansas Substation. The estimated magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated period of peformance is to complete the work by June 1, 1996. A pre-solicitation notice has been set to all prospective contractors on Southwestern's mailing list. The Standard Industrial Classifcation code is 1731/ELECTRICAL WORK. The size standard is annual average gross revenue of $7 Million for the last three fiscal years. This acquisition is restricted to small business concerns.
