Anticipated solicitation closing date is 30 June 1995, with a pre-proposal conference and site visit scheduled for 30 May 1995. A single award contract is anticipated encompassing all BOS services listed. Security clearances will be required of the successful contractor. The following selected workload data is furnished for scope of work estimation. All numbers are annual approximations unless otherwise noted. Mail Distribution Service: Incoming U.S. Postal Mail - 1.8 million pieces; Outgoing U.S. Postal Mail - 13,325 pieces; Base Mail Pickup/Sorting and Delivery - 5,000 bags. Library Services: Patrons - 18,000; Materials Circulation - 21,000; Shelf Reading - 480 man-hours. Automated Data Processing Services: Volume of Reports Outputted - 717; Keypunch/Key Verification Volume - 442,511 records.
