The Department of the Army, Intelligence and Security Command Support Battalion (Provisional) intends to award a one year contract with four option years for a FrameMaker unlimited site license with yearly maintenance to support the National Ground Intelligence Center. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
