Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, installation, and transportation necessary to provide a video conferencing system for the 77 Medical Group at McClellan AFB. The system shall include the following: dual screen capability for viewing of medical documentation, be fully interoperable with all H.320 compliant video conferencing systems, screens must allow for seperate and simultaneous on-screen viewing, support simultaneous VGA and NTSC output, have a quick frame feature of more than 30 frames per seconds, picture-in-picture feature, must be able to be equipped with at least 4 moveable cameras w/ 1/2'' CCD Image Sensors and minimum illumination of 3 lux @ f/16, and provide a choice of dual v.35, RS-449 or ISDN BRI interface. Other applicable salient characteristics will be included with the solicitation.
