A one year contract with 4 option years is anticipated. Contractor shall furnish, install, service and maintain a total of 17 glass front ''spiral'' type multiple selection vending machine. Contractor shall furnish the products for the vending machines. Products to be included in the machines are mints/gum, chips/crackers, candy/nuts and pastries/ microwave popcorn. Award will be made to that responsible offeror who proposes the highest flat fixed fee per month and/or the highest percentage of gross sales. A pre-proposal conference is planned. Specific information regarding the pre-proposal conference will be provided in the solicitation document. Requests must be in writing, specifying the solicitation number.
