Description: Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to replace the boilers in bldgs 1845, 1867, and 1869 at Malmstrom AFB MT. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 28 April 95. Bid Opening will be on or about 30 May 1994. Performance period is 120 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
