POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT. Project consists of all equipment, material, labor, and supervision to Repair Water Distribution System at Volk Field CRTC, Camp Douglas, WI. Project will include 50 LF of rock excavation, 5,200 LF of 8'' D.I. water main, 970 LF of 6'' D.I. water main, 9 each 8'' valves, 13 each 6'' valves, 9 hydrants, 6 hydrant removals, 24 connections to existing watermains, 27 service connections, 605 LF of paving restoration and 5,790 LF of site restoration. Magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Construction time shall be 365 calendar days from NTP. Project is under consideratin for Small Disadvantaged Set-aside. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, telephone numbers, and if approriate a positive statment of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, dollar amount of current construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to insure this solicitation as set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or as ``UNRESTRICTED'' without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business conerns as well as SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1623. The applicable small business standard including affiliates is no more than $17,000.00 average annual revenue for previous three years.
